  • Enjoy the elegant atmosphere of An American Castle. This National Landmark is a hilltop treasure with spectacular views and majestic sunsets. On-site you can enjoy our heated outdoor pool, our NEWLY renovated indoor pool and spa, fitness room, bbq areas, tennis courts and volleyball. The spacious lobby offers comfortable seating, fireplaces and a restaurant. Our duplex apartment is conveniently located right off the lobby overlooking the tennis courts. The unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen size sofa bed and a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

We had a great time staying at Joyce's property at Montauk Manor. It was a great location and never too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was very clean and perfect for our weekend in Montauk. The property was located on top of a hill so the views were absolutely stunning of the ocean and having access to the pool was so nice. It was very peaceful. Joyce was very easy to contact throughout our stay and responded very quickly to any questions I had. Everyone on the property was also very kind and the check-in process was very seamless. Coming from the city we did not have a car for the weekend, which was no problem at all as Ubers were very easy to get all weekend long. We had a great time at Joyce's property and can't wait to be back! :)

Wedding stay

Hotel is great. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. The only thing to note is that there are no windows in the bedrooms. One does have inside windows open to living room from upstairs.

wonderful week for two old college friends

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being in this beautiful manor immensely. We strolled the grounds and caught gorgeous sunsets. The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again.

Montauk Memories

The property is located on a hill! The view is stunning. Our condo was warm and inviting with huge windows for lots of natural light. The lobby was grand and cozy, with fire places often lit. The cute bar and restaurant was opened daily. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is close to everything. We enjoyed walking outside daily! We LOVED it!

A lovely weekend at Montauk Manor

Clean, well stocked and very convenient location in Montauk. It's peaceful and we didn't hear any noise from the neighbors or the lobby. All of our group was comfortable, having the two full bathrooms was essential for getting ready for the wedding we were attending on saturday. One of our group did try out the gorgeous, newly redone sauna on the lower level of the Manor and raved about it. Though the vrbo isn't a huge space for 4 people it is enough. I was up and out to see the sunrise every morning at a local spot just up the road and there is always the stunning lobby that you can sit and chat with friends. The only thing I would mention is the dining room chairs, though white and classy, are uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time as the padding in the seats appear to have been compressed over time. But that's just a very minor complaint and easily rectified by putting a pillow from the couch on the chair. A lovely place to stay, great amenities. Note - the parking spaces at the check in area limited. Everyone does appear to park in the fire lane for a few minutes to unload luggage, you do have to move your car down to the parking lot past the tennis courts. I did notice a number of handicap spots near the lobby for those who have trouble walking and there were usually a few spots open. It's lovely - thank you for your hospitality.

Nice place for a family to spread out a bit. Clean and well provisioned. Only downsides are no outdoor space— balcony or patio - on this unit, and you definitely need a car since it’s about a mile to town.
