"We had a very nice stay"

"The hotel was very clean and absolutely wonderful to stay in. It has a mini kitchen in the lobby that is useful for heating up food and provides utensils. The rooms looked very beautiful and was functional. Next to the hotel is a rest stop that had a local market and restaurant that you can reach easily from the hotel's back door. Overall, a great place to stay."

"It was an amazing experience to stay here. Traditional ryokan in such a beautiful setting. The staff was super friendly and nice, too."

"The kindest, sweetest staff ever. Amazingly priced for the level of service, the outdoor Onsen, and cat Cafe all included??? I would come back to Yufuin just to stay here again."

"21時までのフリードリンクにビール、アイスクリームが良かったです。 客室露天風呂の庭が手入れが不足していると感じました。"

"We really enjoy our stay at Hotel Kazahaya. If anyone visits Hita, I strongly recommend to live there more than one night."
