A casa Rossella si accede in modo indipendente da un cancello situato al lato della strada costiera. Il salotto e la camera affacciano direttamente sul mare tramite una bella terrazza panoramica. L'ingresso comunica con il salotto fornito di camino, televisione e un bel divano comodo; c'è una piccola cucina rustica dotata di forno, fornelli, pentole, utensili e frigo. Tutte le stanze si trovano sullo stesso piano senza scale.
Dal salotto e dalla camera da letto si accede direttamente al terrazzo 20 metri quadrati attrezzato con sdraio, sedie, tavolo e ombreggiato da un verde pergolato.
