We had an amazing stay at the Cloister Suites to end our honeymoon. Our room was modern and clean with an excellent finish, and the location was perfect, super close to all the restaurants and local amenities as well as the bus station and ferry terminal. Luca and Norma also looked after us exceptionally well! We definitely hope to return in the not so distant future.

This was our favorite hotel we stayed in out of the 4 we went to in Italy! The location is perfect. There was great communication. The room was so spacious and clean. I got proposed to and the staff went out of their way to get me a bottle of champagne! Such great hospitality. There was also a cute sitting area which we used nightly to drink a glass of wine or 2. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay very clean up to date amenities and staff is so kind and helpful. Luca was very nice an so polite also the cleaning lady was so sweet. Enjoyed every minute was in the center and close to everything.

Excellent Place

Had an amazing time at the property it was very clean and the staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They contacted me few days before the arrival to ensure my family and I arrive safely and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Highly recommend this place.

The property was perfect & in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly helpful and understanding when our arrival time changed due to ferry engine issues. For anyone with severe mobility issues (wheel chair), note that there are quite a few (30 or so) steps involved in reaching the property, but the daily views of the duomo were a highlight. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent two wonderful days in Naples in a freshly renovated hotel room just a short walk from the port — a true hidden gem. The comfort was exceptional, with plush bedding and sleek, modern touches that made everything feel brand new. Lovely property modern and clean. We stayed 6 nights and slept well. Good location in Amalfi. You should be in good physical condition to climb roughly 70 stairs to reach the hotel. Staff is wonderful.

Very unique location basically within the structures of the Amalfi Cathedral complex, you actually walk through mysterious medieval passages and stairs and then get to the facility which is just a few rooms nicely remodeled and very cozy. Very responsive staff, though you really don't need much as you are in the middle of everything Amalfi has to offer - beached, ferrys, busses, restaurants etc

We loved this suite! The staff is so helpful and kind. They helped us with booking private transfers, boats, they gave a lot of advice and were seriously the best hosts we’ve encountered. The place is close to city center but still secluded from all the noise. It was about 3 min walk to the square, 5 min to the beach! Incredible place, and extremely clean. The room was very well made, and lots of nice upgraded tech with lighting and ac. Amazing. We’re so grateful

We had an amazing experience at Cloister Suites. The property is spotless, everything felt exceptionally clean and modern, with thoughtful touches throughout the room. The design is sleek yet comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. A huge thank you to Norma, the housekeeper, who kept our room immaculate every day and was always kind and attentive. And special thanks to Luca, who went above and beyond with his fantastic local recommendations, from great restaurants to hidden spots around Amalfi, he truly helped make our stay unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the cathedral and the main square, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Cloister Suites to anyone visiting Amalfi!

Luca and Norma were the best host. All our questions were answered in a timely manner by Luca he met us upon arrival gave us a map and explained all details about suites and Amalfi, gave us a map. We were allowed early check-in due to availability. Norma kept our suite clean daily she was always pleasant with a beautiful smile. We highly recommend Cloister Suites Amalfi.. Cloister Suites was recently impeccably remodeled with high end finishings, unit was clean and spacious, very close to town square, they provide complimentary luggage storage at a nearby location which was very helpful. The best part of our stay was the host Luca. He kept us up to date with tips on how to get to their Suites, and he happily answered all my intinerary and transportation questions and the best way to spend our time in Amalfi. He was an invaluable resource! Thank you Luca for a great stay and trip to Amalfi coast. I would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family!

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and very attractive looking. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were really well sound-proofed. A short stroll down narrow stairs and passageways put you right into the heart of Amalfi. Our hosts Norma and Luca went out of their way to provide us with information to make the most of our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who has the physical ability to walk upstairs.

Best choice in Amalfi Coast

The best accommodation you can choose in Amalfi. Close to the Marina, all the equipment is very new, high standard of luxury. Extremely comfortable beds, very well equipped bathrooms, the best possible choice. Even with so many positive points regarding the accommodation, two other reasons made all the difference: Luca and Norma, the staff at the accommodation. With their work, our life on the Amalfi Coast was much easier. Rooms cleaned every day by Norma, with all the politeness and joy every day. Luca helped us very politely during our check-in, gave us all the information we needed to know. Excellent choice of staff, congratulations.
