We would definitely come back again! We loved it here! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and gave us tips and pointers about the towns, the room was so nice and cozy, the continental breakfast and espresso so yummy and the location was too notch! I highly recommend the Sharon House! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing stay!!!
Amazing stay!!! Location: excellent, the hotel is in the middle of everything; grocery store downstairs, short walk to restaurants, taxi station, bus station and ferry station. Check-in: easy and fast; we were able to leave our bags before check-in to walk around the city Room: comfortable and very clean, had a refrigerator. Bathroom: had a blowdryer, shampoo and bar soaps Breakfast: Healthy, delicious, with lots of breakfast options, and a bonus of with made to order coffee (cappuccino) Lisa and Roberta were very helpful during our stay. They suggested activities and places to visit, and how to maximize your stay at Amalfi Coast depending on your length of stay in the area. The hotel booked our round trip transport from our Naples hotel, per our request, and it worked out great!

Nice property. Breakfast served in nearby restaurant. It was very QUIET so I don’t understand some posts concerning noise. Centrally located.

Wonderful stay! Convenient to bus and ferry, shops nearby. Nicely renovated, friendly staff. Everything we were hoping for during our 3 night stay in Amalfi. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! Monica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient! Room was massive with 2 floors! Will definitely come back to this property.

A beautiful room with huge windows that open onto a courtyard and old church. Beautiful inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right in the centre of Amalfi. Perfect location. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We loved how a Sharon House was right in the heart of everything. You literally walk out the front door and onto the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. We opened our window to church bells ringing and opera being sung in the Piazza. The room was very clean and safe. Didn’t do the breakfast but it looked like a fantastic spread. Sharon House is a 3-5 min walk to the bust and Ferry. The rooftop garden area was wonderful to hang out on, at nighttime.

Our room had a lot of steps and we were vacationing for three weeks so there was lots of heavy baggage. The place was sunny, with fresh rooms and colors.

In reality the steps for the room you have chosen are only 14 in total (to reach the structure we have a comfortable lift); finally I would like you to notice that we have offered you a convenient luggage transport service (which would have taken them directly to your garage) but you refused it and answered that there were no problems. Mother-daughter trip
We loved staying at The Sharon House and we loved Amalfi!! We had a great Mother-daughter trip full of sun, hiking, exploring, relaxing at the beach, delicious food, etc. The staff at the Sharon House were all so kind and friendly; we would definitely recommend it!!

Nice hotel right next to the main centre in Amalfi. Friendly staff and the buffet breakfast is really good. The supermarket outside the entrance is really convenient too.

Look elsewhere - badly run
We asked to leave one night early and they refused to refund us that part of our stay, and further pressured us to leave early anyway, despite no refund! Perhaps so they could double book that room? Although there is an air conditioner in the room, it barely blows cold air at all and the room remains uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep. You receive one key only - even if there is more than one of you in the room - this key is required to provide power to your room, so once you leave the room you cannot leave any any electrical items to charge and the barely functioning air conditioning shuts off. The chambermaid walked in and stood in our room until my wife left so she could start cleaning the room. Such a terrible way to run a business. Look elsewhere!!! The town of Amalfi was fantastic though

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied, even if you have never shown any complaints during your stay. We have been doing our work very well for years. Maybe you were angry because you had to leave a day before (for your personal reasons) but for this we have no fault. For cancellation policy and well-written conditions on the portal you only paid the amount of your stay, as expected. No one has ever pressured you or kicked you out of your room, so much so that you left at 8:00 pm from it (so it's as if you had done the whole stay). The cleaning lady simply does her job and, as in all the facilities, knocks and asks if she can redo the room (yes was answered). For the keys we always give double copies when the guests ask for them and we advise them that they can have the extra copy at check-in (you have not requested them). Thanks anyway for having stayed with us.

The staff of Sharon House were amazing and very friendly. The location was excellent, it really couldn't have been better. The place was very clean and well maintained. Our only issue with our stay was that we found that there was a lot of noise in the morning that started around 7:30am. It was nearly impossible to sleep past that point (our room was also located by the kitchen so that created a lot of the noise).

Great location, lovely breakfast buffet. We had 3 adults and it was a lovely spacious room..1 queen and 1 single. Large bathroom. Lift was great. Staff are very helpful. We are mobility limited and this was close to the beach

Great value in central Amalfi
+++Pros: Overall a good value hotel, considering how expensive everything is on the Amalfi Coast. Simple furnishings but featured all the amenities that we needed (including a baby crib). Amalfi was a good base for exploring Amalfi with plenty of ferry connections. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop is very with views of the church/water (that we usually had all to ourselves.) Elevator was useful --Cons: dreadfully slow wifi (do they have a 56k modem?) We would stay again, recommended!

Fantastic hotel for the price
Amalfi can be very expensive but this hotel was a great find for the price. The hotel is very central, just off the Main Street of Amalfi. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is to die for! I would return here in a second.

A Home Away from Home, in the Heart of Amalfi Town
Sharon House is in a great location for visiting Amalfi, for catching buses and ferries to places nearby, and for enjoying the Town and the Beach itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful, remembering your beverage choice at breakfast, answering questions of all kinds, and offering great advice. Sharon House partners with other hotels in Amalfi to sponsor a free walking tour, which was a highlight of our visit. The hotel is just a few steps off the main street, close to a handy grocery store, and close enough to the Harbour that you can walk down for a swim in your beach gear. Other highlights of our visit were a hike up to the chimitero (cemetery), walking over to Atrani (a smaller version of Amalfi), and catching the SITA buses to Ravello, Positano and Pogerola. No rental car needed with the Sharon House location. We would go back there again for sure.

Nice clean affordable accommodation
The staff are lovely. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast provided was a nice bonus. Location is good. Only negative was its a little noisy as we could hear the radio in the breakfast area from our room which woke us up every morning and you can hear other guests talking and coming in and out of their rooms.

We had a wonderful time in amalfi. Sharon house was beautifully renovated and very clean. It has a top balcony to relax and breakfast had lots of selection of foods. The cafe latte was excellent. The staff were like family and made it all the more exceptional. We will return there again. hardest part was finding it. It is up the main road from the roundabout. Just after the church with the long wide stairs keep an eye on a side pathway to the right. A sign is on the wall to help you find it. lovely time there. Thanks to all staff at Sharon house. A great hotel
From the moment we set foot in Sharon House we were made welcome. The lady who did the rooms told us we could leave our luggage and return after 2p.m. We had lunch, had a look round some shops and then checked in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had tea and coffee making facilities which was great. We were able to make our own drinks. At breakfast there was a good selection and plenty to eat. Once we told the lady how we liked our coffee it was the same every time. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amalfi. If I go back that is the place I will stay. Such nice people and so central for the town. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great stay. Staff was exceptional. The only negative was the difficulty getting to the hotel when driving. When the road is closed off to cars you have no idea what to do. You need to be very specific on how to get to the hotel.

We dropped off our luggage before check-in. When we checked in, we noticed that the pillows were too thick co our liking. On our way to dinner, we mentioned this to reception. When we returned the pillows had been replaced with thin ones to our liking.

This is a great B&B. Location is superb. Right on the center of the town and only 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We really loved their selection of food and amazing macchiatos.

Enjoying Amalfi at Sharon House
This delightful B&B was well located in the centre of Amalfi close to the shops, duomo, restaurants and sea front, yet it was very private and quiet. The staff were very happy to offer advice and get us things such as ice, cutlery. Breakfasts were tasty with a mixture of savoury and sweet. There was a lift too, which is great when you have heavy suitcases. Very happy with our stay there.

Fantastic value and service
Almost perfect - only downside was the cappuccino prepared by one of the waitresses was cold, likewise a second one and they could improve the fruit juices. Other than that perfect location, great rooms, very helpful receptionists (Lisa and Maria), good price. Good choice for breakfast. I would recommend without hesitation.

Personnel at this hotel were very helpful with information on everything in Amalfi, Italy and the surrounding towns. The experience in Amalfi was wonderful because of the Sharon House and my husband and I would recommend this place to everyone.
