"We didn't get to use the pool because we arrived later than planned and didn't have time since we were only there for the night. It was a nice quiet location right in downtown and we enjoyed staying there and there were a lot of restaurants closer than we realized that weren't coming up on my phone for some reason. When we arrived our room wasn't ready because of some people calling off that day from the cleaning staff and we had to eat dinner anyway. So we just ate dinner right there at the hotel at the burger place and enjoyed it. And the woman from the front desk came over and told us when our room was ready so it was no big deal. But she waved charging me parking because of the fact the room wasn't ready when we got there. Told me I could call Expedia and get my rate reduced or something but we didn't need to do that. It worked out fine since we needed to eat anyway. But she was very nice and helpful. And if we go back to Columbus hopefully we'll remember which hotel cuz we did enjoy it."

"Here's a natural, human-sounding review you can post: My husband and I recently stayed at Dog Brewery & Hotel with our Scottish Terrier, McKinley, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about both their human and canine guests. McKinley had an absolute blast and was treated like a VIP the entire stay. It was so nice to find a place that is truly dog-friendly and makes pets feel just as welcome as their owners. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast that was included with our stay. Everything was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were comfortable, and the outstanding staff made the experience even better. We made some wonderful memories with McKinley and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with their furry family members!I’d give it a solid 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The beds are very uncomfortable. They had stains in the mattress. The entire place smelled musty. All four of our pillows were different sizes and a balled up sweatshirt would have been better. Was hoping to get a good night rest before our early flight but couldn’t. It was also triggering my allergies. Not sure if it is pet friendly or not."

"Again I get put in room where shower handle goes round and around not secured in wall mattresses are wore out feel springs in your back shower handle not secured in wall need to upgrade mattresses ac wouldn't cool the room don't think I will stay again gonna find another hotel these owners are cheap charge high rates give you crap room"

"I liked nothing about this property other than the lady at the front desk was nice. It was a good price, but the hotel was nothing like the pictures. The area was not safe or even close to the airport. Rooms were filthy and damaged. I could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Overall, I got no sleep and it was a horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone stay here. Not sure how this place qualifies as “good” on Expedia. Do better!! Not safe, not clean, not good!!"

"We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service. But every time I was at the desk needing assistance, staff were in the office with the door closed. I had to speak louder to get anyone’s attention. Also, the security door to get to the parking garage was locked in the morning when I was ready to check out. The room was ok. Nothing special but the air conditioner ran the entire night just to get to 68*. So I am not sure if the place ever got cooled down. Also supplies to make coffee in the room were missing. It’s the little things that make a stay nice and I felt like it was just the bare minimum"
