"The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed"

"I would not recommend staying here. Our room was extremely stinky from chemical smells, very outdated and generally just gross. . The carpet felt wet and sticky, and there were stuff that was splattered on the refrigerator and on the wall I’m not sure what that was. Spend the money and go somewhere else."
