Small, quiet and gated community with a seasonal pool. The townhouse itself is gated and can be locked. The townhouse has a sitting area with a fire pit at the front entrance and a back yard with a small sitting area along with a grill.
Nice living room with comfortable seating for reclining and relaxation. A bar with glassware and bar tools and a full kitchen with good lighting. The washer and dryer, 1/2 bath and a large storage closet is downstairs. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the first has a full desk with chair and a full size Murphy bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. Both bedrooms have large closets.
