There is absolutely no smoking, No e-cigarettes either. Otherwise a cleaning odor FEE of $550 will apply to you. NO PARTIES NO EXTRA GUESTS.
Make sure the smoke detectors are not tampered with during your stay. If tou do there will be a replacement labor fee. Keep gates closed at all times.
