"Lovely staff and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the motel itself is not in great condition. The walls are thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was damaged. Few towels were supplied."

"Great stay overall! The place has wonderful natural lighting, was very clean, and had excellent water pressure. The location is fantastic, quiet on the weekends and within easy walking distance to town. During the week, there may be some construction nearby, so check with the property owner if that’s a concern. One note: the bathtub sits higher than a typical tub, which could be challenging for guests with mobility needs. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.I’m a geologist and my guests are environmental scientists, so we were stoked to see the College Hill Reservoir Replacement restoration project happening next to the property! Reinforcing the reservoir to prevent collapse from a major seismic event along the Brothers Fault Zone (BFZ) is impressive and I communed Eugene for taking this feat on. Loved this property!"
"This was our 3rd stay while traveling through Eugene and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Cute retro motel, excellent staff and breakfast bar. Close to downtown. "
"Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Water was extremely hot, which is nice for adults but if you have children as they could get burned easily at this water temperature.
My one criticism was that we ended up staying in one of the older buildings and it had no elevator like the main, nicer hotel building. This really bothered my arthritic knees. If knee pain is an issue make sure to book in the main building which is newer, nicer and has an elevator. That section was full so they could not switch us. Plan ahead."
