"While the outside looks dated, our room was updated and clean. There was a bit of an odd odor in the hallway but not in the room. The only areas I rank poorly are access to the property and amenities. There is a single entrance to the parking lot near a stop light that gets backed up and entry/exit can get backed up. In terms of amenities the "Fitness Center" is a single elliptical and a pair of 10 pound dumbbells and the breakfast is prepackaged donuts/muffins, a few bananas and oranges, and bottled apple (and apple based) juices."

"Room was very noisy from highway noise. Hard to sleep well. Carpet in room was gross, needed cleaning. Toilet seat was loose, and toilet was very low!"

"Found possible evidence of bedbugs (blood spotting under the sheets) in one room. Front desk moved us immediately without any protest so I guess that was cool. But overall the rooms were pretty dirty, the air conditioner made a loud banging sound, and maybe bedbugs. Also the poolside rooms were extremely humid. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"I give one star for lack of attention! Bryan was NOT on the reservation. It was in my name, Patricia Hall. You know why? Because my husband passed away! And you didn’t care enough to look at the reservation!"

"Gem of a property, Fantastic location, excellent staff, friendly, and courteous, clean room, fridge with freezer and microwave very much appreciated. One of the best Hotel showers with a wand. Will definitely be back when I visit OU."
