"I was blown away by their responsiveness. Nelson helped book our transfers from BZE to San Pedro as well l as an excursion before arriving. If you're considering if you should pay the transfer, let me tell you it's worth it. I was able to pay everything ahead of time and was sent instructions on how to proceed when I landed. A driver was waiting for us in San Pedro that took us to the pier where their speed boat was waiting. Jafa handled our luggage like a pro and we only had to worry about getting on the boat . A quick 10 minutes later we arrived to Las Terrazas where we were welcomed with rum punch and cooling towel. Again Jafa took our bags up to the 3rd floor so I could focus on a quick tour of the amenities and detailed instructions for our excursion the next day. That night we had dinner on site. We met Stewart/Peter the best bartender that makes the best Piña Coladas. Steve the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to help us try to figure out how to get us some breakfast before leaving on the excursion and helped my sisters surprise me with a spa day. I received the most amazing massage from Sarah that was when I truly started relaxing. Most of the staff did everything in their power to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The only cons were out of their control. Like the smell from the tons of sea weed that accumulated on shore, some of the fixtures inside the unit are oxidized due to sea breeze and all the mosquitos even though they burned repellant. "
