A bit disappointed when I realised I got charged for an upgraded room that I didn't request and wasn't consulted about. Staff were helpful and relatively friendly. The room and gym are quite small, but clean and all the essentials covered."

"The hotel is a very convenient location to the terminal. Often international flights get in late like mine and I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know I was a late checkin and my room was ready and the team on hand were so friendly and helpful. The room felt fresh, the sheets were so soft. I honestly had the best sleep after my flight and didnt rush leaving because of late checkout."
