Rooms were nice but no air con which was a downfall. Shared bathrooms was ok but ideally try get a private bathroom room
Kitchen the fridge had heaps of old expired food from old guests but the facilities were clean.
Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and minutes away from the city centre which I appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities (e.g. dishwasher, oven, fridge).
Great value, Great location, gardens across the road, excellent shared kitchen facilities. Modern clean rooms. Comfortable beds, luggage storage offered. Only downfall is thin walls. Would definitely stay again.
Modern Hotel.
Location great righ at the gstes of the botanical gardens and a 8 minutes flat walking to city centre.
Parking at night is Not free $25 a night but can leave your car in the car park free during the day 9 to 5.30pm.
For the money is is very good value for money in Christchurch, will stay again on my next trip.
