"I was really impressed with this Marriott. The lobby and entry areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and sofa. i had a nice view from my room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to get a late checkout without charge. My only negative would be having to pay for parking and there really was no alternative as there was not street parking that I could see. I did not use the pool, but it was large and looked very nice. "

"We absolutely loved the condo. We have been trying to find the perfect condo and location in Amelia for our family for the past 5 years. This was it! The beds were comfortable, the condo stayed cold, and the location was perfect for our teens. Only marked down cleanliness due to the previous guest/housekeeping forgetting to empty garbage and run dishwasher, but it was after the busiest weekend of the year. We will be back. "

"When we arrived someone had obviously smoked cigarettes in the unit. A few glad plug ins around the unit to try to mask the smell. The plug ins also had a very strong smell. Let management know who confirmed smoking not allowed in unit nor glade plug ins allows to be used. "

"Great location-close to the beach (within walking distance) and close to historic downtown Ferdandina. Quiet neighborhood- great for walking our small dog.The place was clean with plenty of room for my husband and I."
