"The staff were amazing a d the room was incredible. The value was excellent compared to other places we stayed on this trip. I would highly recommend silverado."

"We had booked for 4 nights, we had requested a room with a marina view. We were given a 2nd Floor room FACING A WALL. We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton."
