Clean rooms are a dime a dozen at a higher price point but the service at this resort truly make a stay at the Zermatt and amazing value."

"I tried to save a few bucks by booking another hotel... I'll save the details, but we were soooo relieved as soon as we walked into Homewood Suites! It was so nice, beautifully decorated for the season, smelled fresh and it was clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. My bad experience from the other hotel solidified my choice of never trying to save a buck on a hotel room again. I'll stick to who I know will give me a great experience, even if it costs more! Thank you for a great night's sleep, welcoming staff and offering a nice breakfast!"

"Easy parking, clean environment. The phone in room didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remote, but the front desk was prompt in fixing the remote issue. Only weird part was when I was sleeping before my work meeting and I received a call from the front desk asking if I was smoking in my room because they could smell it and I was the only one on the side. I was in fact not smoking and sleeping… no other issue came of it. Just found that odd."
