"The staff was helpful, the room was relatively clean. The property is clearly old and has some issues with disrepair that could be addressed. It was good for what it was."

"The room was quiet, great for a good sleep. The floors throughout hotel needed vacuumed the whole time we stayed, which takes away from the feeling of the property being cared for. A neat hotel, but we wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately."

"Toilet in room 104 runs intermittently. I reported it when we checked in and nothing was done to fix it. I reported again when we checked out."

"Very nice property. Parking for the hotel was a bit confusing. Spaces in the large parking lot directly in front were all reserved for the restaurant. Hotel parking is off to the side and it’s one way in…but not from the main lot. You have to go around the building and come in through the side. Otherwise everything was nice. Large room. Very comfortable."

"The room was big and clean. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our suitcases up. It was quiet. There were new towels in the bathroom which was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had less variety than expected…. It was close to the gateway arch, felt safe being there."
