"The room was clean. The breakfast included was good. There isn't much parking available, so you are forced to do valet. They brought my car back to me with a flat tire (it had a nail in it) and didn't have one before that. They didn't do anything to remedy the issue. All I was offered was to use an air pump. I ended up having to purchase a new tire so I could drive home."

"Great location, good pillows. The "air freshener" in the lobby was a bit strong. The stairs made me feel like I was in a horror movie, in part that was out of the hotel's control die to it being an old building (narrow, floor level changes, odd passage ways between floors) but the piles of debris and old clothing in the corners combined with dim lighting is correctable."

"The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking out she told I’ll only get $20 of it back the 30 was for parking. Okkk. After swimming we tried so hard to order something to eat but most places were closed or too far to walk. After trying a few pizzerias we finally found one that would deliver. Which wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t bring the ranch we ordered. So we ate went to bed. Breakfast didn’t have too many choices just scrambled eggs and sausage. Your typical.cereal toast bagel and waffles but the line was so long it was hard to make one. For the price of the room I was expecting biscuits and gravy and bacon. Even the more cheaper hotels have that. All in all it was ok for being in the city. We had a good view of the Arch from our room. "

"There was nothing special about this hotel. The bathtub had mold. St. Louis is a weird city."

"We stayed at the hotel because the venue where we were attending a concert was attached to the hotel. It was nice to leave the concert and just head to your room instead of driving back down the road."
