"Our room was clean, but the bathroom was something else. The bath tub had hair on the walls, the paint was peeling and bubbling, and the shower spayed all over the place."

"The hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Although our room was clean it smelled of salsa like someone dumped a bowl of it in the air conditioning unit. The bed and pillows were comfy, but corner of the sheet was shredded. Towels, soap, water pressure and temp were good. Breakfast consisted of: yogurt, fruit, good coffee, cereal, instant oatmeal, toast bagels & waffles. Seating area was clean. Best part for us, dog friendly fee only $15, awesome! The price was right for a.last night on the way home. Staff was patient with me,after 10 hours of driving she kindly repeated things for me until I understood. Thank you!"

"Room was dirty There was pubic hairs in the sink The power was out for 2 hours after I checked in and the pool was not up and running like the booking said And They would not refund any of my money when I asked to leave within a couple hours after checking in. Would not recommend this hotel and hotels.com was not helpful in getting me refunded even though I paid for the insurance. Highly disappointed with both the hotel and hotels.com"

"Very conveniently located property with nice amenities, especially Porters Restaurant. Pool is very clean and not too cold. Nice workout room. Welcoming lobby. Many restaurant options nearby. Plus, the fabulous Doubletree cookies!"
