"This is a unique property. Pool and health club are incredible."

"The Health Department had a notice on the pool shutting it down due to multiple unsafe conditions. No one answered the phone as we called before our visit so there was no way to check on the pool. The elevator was suspect and the elevator safety inspection had expired 11 months ago. Poor breakfast that they just let the food run out and then people arriving later during the breakfast period are just out of luck. The eggs were cold, sausage was cold, even the hot water for the oatmeal packets was cold. The bed pillows are mini size like couch/decorative pillow size. Showers were quickly cold. The coffee in the morning had a note taped to it, "Sorry, no coffee today." Weird stay and very little attention to customer satisfaction. Thankfully the room wasn't filthy."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating m. The hotel was great as always, lots of amenities, and great food choices. Breakfast is delicious, it is pricey but well worth the money."

"nothing was up to standards, everything was dirty, saying the staff was unhelpful is giving the too much credit, the breakfast was always cold and disappointing. I would not stay here again if it was the only place available my car is a better choice. "

"Room with 2 beds was spacious. Pool was closed during our stay but didn’t know until we got there. Parking lot is well lit! "

"Listing was clear. There was never any need to contact the host. Kitchen amenities were great: Aluminum foil & plastic wrap were provided as well as other kitchen essentials' often forgotten by other home owners. The only VERY small issues were no hooks to hang towels to dry or for bathrobes. And the 2nd bathroom was much smaller than any I have ever seen, but functional. However, the bathroom contained all of the items as promised..lots of soaps & shampoos. The towels were WONDERFUL. Parking was ample for 2-3 cars. Great Jamaican restaurant just up the street. And the location was near downtown St. Louis making it a reasonably short drive to our show at the Americas Convention Center. Quiet neighborhood & I would stay here again!"
