"We had a reservation at the Best Western Saluki in Carbondale and the property was FILTHY. I was so relieved when a room opened up at the Drury, this was our third stay here. The hotel was so clean and has lovely amenities, including breakfast and the evening happy hour, great snack options, and more. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral and my husband couldn't tie his tie due to his disability; one of the gentlemen at the front desk helped us as we were headed to the church, I was so grateful for their assistance and warmth. "They need to teach the housekeeping staff to not park their carts in the middle of the hallway. This makes it really hard to navigate the hallway with luggage. "
