"I was in st louis took a family member to the hospital booked my room att 11pm and showed up at 11:30 pm. The room was clean and staff was great. Still wish they had a good place to eat."

"Parking was a little awkward but okay, it is down the street. The hotel would not let me fill my water bottle which I found strange. There was no water fountain, no water bottle fill station and no water in the lobby for guests. "

"Staff was super friendly. I felt safe there. It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. The breakfast was just OK. It was worth it for the price. The view of the arch was amazing. Just a very old building that needs updated. "

"The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff great property!"

"This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel. "
