"They were cashless which I do not like but I know that is a corporate decision. The onsite staff was excellent. There was no place to get change so I could adequately tip the staff. I will be mindful of that on future trips."

"Bathroom smelled of urine, toilet wouldn't flush a kleenex in 3 flushes. And there were 3 in the room. Ran out of toilet paper had to use said kleenex. The room was hot and musty smelling. Coffee maker didn't work right, and no microwave. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful. Beds and furniture in room was comfortable and clean."

"The hotel did not have bell service; the ice machine on our floor did not work; the internet was slow and could not connect; and when my wife called the front desk, there was no help. The bed was uncomfortable. This hotel did not meet any expectations of a Weston hotel, and to end on a positive note, the best part of the hotel was the valet service. They were on their game with fast service and a positive attitude."

"The hotel and the view itself are wonderful, but the bar hopping until after 2:30 and the drag races that occurred on the main strip outside of our room made for very little sleep. Also, important to note there are only 3 elevators in the east tower and there is a wait during certain hours due to high volumes of people going to rooms/rooftop bar."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."

"this could be an amazing place if they would do a deep clean on the floors and keep it up-and fix the broken blinds. There were very little supplies in the kitchen- no salt or pepper or oil. no dish towels. I to ask for toilet paper and to get the bathroom door fixed, however the host promptly responded and had someone come fix- so that was nice. Stairs are very steep to get up to the apartment. Place just needs some tlc. "
