"We spent a Wednesday to Friday at the Cedar Creek Hotel resort. It is conveniently located about 12 miles east of Hermann, Missouri in New Haven, Missouri. We brought several family members with us to experience the German history, culture, and food Hermann is known for. We have been to Hermann numerous times, but this was our first time staying at Cedar Creek. It was Wonderful. It is located off the highway on a large farm estate. The family has renovated the original homestead buildings, and has built a hotel, cabins, and family condos, as well as, an old western town and venue space for weddings and large gatherings. The large grounds offer beautifully maicured perennial gardens, winding stone walkways, secret sitting areas, a salt water pool, golf couse, and fishing pond. There are fireplaces, firepits, and tables and chairs throughout the grounds. We stayed in the hotel. Our room was large with a comfortable King bed, arm chair, and mini frig. There is a full hot and cold breakfast by their chef every morning.....it was delicious! They also have fresh pizzas and pretzels (frozen) available at the front desk. All of the staff, front desk and grounds keepers, were super friendly and helpful. It was nice learning about the original owners and family phots throughout the hotel. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to Hermann. "

"Very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and slept well. Very quiet overall better than most. AC unit wasn't a growling beast but did it's job without excessive noise. Breakfast very good with some hot items. Highly recommended"

"Attended a high school graduation party with relatives. Hadn’t seen some for years! Since party started before check in time I called during the celebration to confirm I was still on list for a room with 2 queen beds. Affirmation was given which put my mind at ease. Check in went with a breeze. The room was immaculate with the bed being the most comfortable. I enjoyed the pillows so much I tried looking up the brand on line. There were so many alternatives, I decided to call down to the main desk to see if the pillow was available for sale directly from the hotel. To my amazement it was and it was priced 2/3 less than on line!! I left the Warrenton Holiday Inn Express with a new pillow in my trunk and a smile on my face!"

"What a spectacular place. Everything a family could need our want and then some, in a beautiful location with many activities included. We loved the multiple kayaks, the paddle boat, fishing and CATCHING MANY FISH! There were many games to play when the rain showers hit and plenty of sleeping room for grown children and adults. The resort and swimming pools were an added bonus and quite charming! Many cooking supplies in the stocked kitchen. Thank you for such a perfect long weekend get away! "
