"NOTE: When staying here, if you are planning a staycation or renting a car, valet is not included with your stay and they generally did not have any information about the best place to park your vehicle. Most of the employees said they didn't know... I actually did not have a beach view AT ALL, it was the view of the bayside which isn't terrible, but definitely not what was paid for. I was promised a free bottle of wine but I never received it. I asked the desk about it and they said they ran out, which inherently was no problem, but I was ensured that I would receive it before I checked out on Sunday. I followed up about it Saturday night and to no avail... (and didn't get it at checkout either). At times, when calling the front desk from the room phone, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. I eventually hung up and someone finally answered when I called the front desk from my personal cellphone. The pool was really nice and relaxing and the gym facility was amazing. And despite the view not being what I paid for, the room was really nice and clean. I never got to experience the spa because they were "overbooked." In the end, I still had a decent stay despite the lack of help or knowledge from the staff. The best staff member I came in contact with was the bellman Mingyar, when I was checking out. He was super nice, conversational and very helpful when it came to packing car and telling us the best place to pull up on the side of the hotel. "

"좋았습니다 전반적으로! 처음에 응대 했던 직원이 약간 어리숙하게 응대를 해서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만 1가지 아쉬운 점은 뭔가 저희가 알아서 알고 있어야 호텔을 완벽하게 즐길 수 있다는 점은 아쉬움 으로 남습니다."

"Great views and a great location—unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff, particularly at the reservation desk, come across as rude, impatient, and noticeably out of sync with the front desk. While the front desk is approachable and helpful, the reservation team seems far more focused on getting money out of you than actually assisting. I’d strongly recommend documenting any interactions, as consistency doesn’t seem to be a priority and information may change depending on who you speak with"

"Very excited to stay at this hotel and when I arrived I was very disappointed. I checked in to my room and I can immediately smell a bad odor coming from the vents, the couch was extremely dirty and had stains, both toilets were dirty and unable to use , until I cleaned them myself . Overall I don’t recommend."

"He missed a flight and couldn’t find a hotel. Had to go downtown. The staff was amazing. Took care of us."

"I don’t want to give a 3 but the experience has dropped from last year. The apt wasn’t clean enough as there were some stains on the wall and doors and hair in bathrooms. You get the vibe from reception that they would rather not deal with the VRBO guests. Also Expedia how does a Platinum tier member even access the 25% discount on food and beverage? The management wasn’t very responsive to requests for more Nespresso pods and we had a problem with the washing machine. If i didn't think these were all fixable I would give a 3 rating but hoping they improve so gave a 4. The area is great! "
