"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"Bar was fine. Breakfast food was ridiculous! First of all there was only 1 waitress trying to manage 22 people. She did the best she could, but physically could not do the job. People were friendly, but upset. I ordered pancakes they were grease filled, not light and fluffy. Had to keep asking for the rest of our breakfast order. Will never eat at the Iris cafe again. "

"My 1 year old fount a joint under the bed and nearly put it in her mouth. Ended up finding more joints near the microwave stand. "

"Great place for a business traveler like myself. Super comfy bed with good bedding (thank you!!), and fun character. Host was a great communicator. No frills but had everything that was needed, including a coffee maker with coffee. Great to have the porch. I would definitely return!"
