"Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. Only other thing was there was no hair dryer, so be sure to take your own. We didn’t HAVE to have one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We felt safe because you had to have a key card to get in the front door or be buzzed in. They breakfast was good too. The staff that prepared the breakfast food was very friendly and helpful. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"I was very pleased with our 3 night stay during June 2026. Immediately upon entering the secure hotel lobby you are able to take scent of freshness and cleanliness. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful when needed. Our room was a 2 bed with pull out sofa. This was the perfect set up for our family of 5. The breakfast seating area is large. The selections were your typical meats, eggs, potatoes, etc. There was also 2 waffle makers, a toaster, refrigerated items available too."

"Room and lobby were in good shape. Breakfast was very good. I might suggest more than apples for fruit. We had no shampoo in the bathroom and only realized the dispenser was empty in the middle of a shower. Parking was hood and convenient."
