"Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. The rooms were very very clean. However, rooms show their age and very dated. Parking very limited on surface lot. They do have underground parking, but it’s very small. There’s a nice restaurant nearby and the General location is perfect. We were on the second floor, so didn’t have much of a view of the ocean. Staff was very, very helpful upon check-in and checkout. Price was very reasonable for the stay. And would stay there again."

"Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge and very comfortable. Quick walk to the Aquarium. The onsite restaurant was very good, tables right on the water. They have live music every night in the lounge, with a counter service bar. It was a nice way to end the day. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a little older, and they've tried to update it, but its still slightly dated. The staff was super helpful when we checked in. They also have an amazing coffee machine in the lobby. You cannot beat the area as well. 15 min walk to the warf and 15 minutes walk to the aquarium. The best part is the park right down the street. We ate breakfast with the seals and sea lions! It was an amazing experience & i would for stay there again!"

"Lovely hotel in an awesome location. Room was spacious and had a separate large bathroom with a bath tub which made my wife very happy. 😀. My only complaint was with the shower. Was a bit small (I’m 6’2” and the shower door leaked terribly. There was a puddle of water on the floor both times I used the shower."

"Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to extra items needed. The location was amazing! For us we arrived on a Tuesday and did not move our car again until checkout on Friday. Everything we did from the Aquarium, whale watching tour, Cannery Row, beach access and of course a great selection of places to eat were all within walking distance. The beach area close to the hotel had so many sea lions and babies it was like having our own Aquarium right there! They babies are adorable 😍 Definitely recommend paying a bit extra for a room with a balcony and ocean view, my personal favorite. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location, staff, and price point. We will be back!"
