"The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property to others."

"I thought the casino was excellent, clean and well run. My room was excellent, clean, cool and bright. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Always wish the lobby had complimentary coffee. ( that is just my thing) Overall was a great stay."

"Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them "
