"I honestly didn’t feel safe, the non smoking room still smelled like smoke, I found a NEEDLE outside near the door to the entrance. Dirty carpets and chairs, pillows were horrible. When you don’t clean your hotel and you allow smoking everywhere you attract bums. The photos in the Google Photos looked fine but in person it’s horrible. Maybe spend more money and time shaping the hotel up. The staff was very friendly. "

"AC worked very well, room was small but enough space to work with for a few days. Shower was nice and hot, room service came by a couple times to replace towels and trash. I’d book again. "

"When we got to our room I noticed what looked like sand in the bath tub. I washed it out and we went about our way. The next morning we got up to get ready for a wedding at 10:30am. There was no hot water!! We didn’t have time to switch rooms or do anything about it at the time as we were on a time crunch to get to the wedding. So we took cold showers. They did switch us to another room that evening. The shower in that room took awhile to heat up, but finally did, thankfully. The pool was also cold. I heard another guest complaining about no hot water in their room either. It seemed to be a known problem. Had the water temperatures not been an issue and the tub in the first room clean, everything else would have been fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
