"When we checked in, the staff was very friendly. They offered us champagne or wine or complimentary breakfast for our Anniversary. Our room was clean. The location worked out well & was convenient to ride the KC Streetcar."

"This was a good deal for the room. The bed was comfortable and it was a good sized room. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant had just ok food for the price. The Casino machines were pretty tight spent a wad and hardly played 15 minutes."

"We went to the NCVF National collegiate volleyball championship. I chose this hotel because it is close to the convention center. I did the research before I booked the hotel and people said there was a free KC street car running around the downtown. When I asked the lady at the front desk and she told said there was no free public transportation around here. I had to uber if I wanted to get to downtown which wasn’t true. I hope the employees who worked at the hotel should be more helpful or should not give customers wrong information. The lady who worked at the breakfast areas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning was awesome. "
