Room was 58 F on arrival, thermostat was off, a small electric heater was running . Turned on the thermostat with no change noted, left for 2 hours had gone up to 59 F. Called the desk and the reception clerk came up and said there was nothing he could do because the hotel was full. Maybe change ...
