So convenient for making a college visit. Staying here puts you right on campus and gives a good sense of the college quality of life for students.

Everything was as expected. Very convenient. Very nice. My only suggestion would be to add refrigerators to the rooms. Most hotels rooms include refrigerators these days...

It’s clean and modern feeling, and of course perfectly located for visiting UMass. There are just a couple of downsides: The complimentary breakfast is very limited and boring. With UMass having such great food for students, why can’t this hotel run by the university have food at the same level? If the hotel isn’t going to have a fitness center, why can’t it provide complimentary access to the university facilities? Many visiting prospective students are athletes and want to keep up with their fitness during college tours.

What a pleasant hotel to stay at! From the excellent customer service to the pristine condition of the room (halls and lobby as well) to the super comfy bed and quiet room, everything about our stay was perfect!

Conveniently located for parents visiting their kids. Clean and hygienic rooms. The outside facade looks like a prison. Pls paint it or improve it in any other way. For 250 USD I would expect better and more food options and amenities. There is zero entertainment options, no gym etc that other hotels in this price range have.

Beautiful Campus with poor hotel accomodations!
Dead bolt in room did not work, air conditioning was barely blowing with a constant noise and ceiling tiles were had mold from previous water damage. Very hard to find via gps on current address listed on website - recommend advertising Garage entrance address.
