    - a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and everything you need for cooking.



    - a small courtyard with patio furniture



    - a bathroom on the ground floor equipped with a washing machine and dryer



    - a separate half-bath on the ground floor



    - a small bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a 32-inch HDTV



    - a large bedroom on the second floor featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a travel cot (60x120), and a 32" HD TV
