Spa was good, restaurants are good and food too, amenities are nice, air conditioning in the room was very loud all night long, woke me up several times, staff at the pool were not properly trained, we were asked to spell tequila and Chardonnay several times.

Easy check-in. Bar menu and Restaurant menu were a good variety. Excellent service in dining. Our meal was delicious. Highly recommend the Signature blackberry ice cream pie.

The property was in awful condition with liquor bottles in the flower beds, outside doors were broken so anyone could wander through. Lobby air didn't work. Took ages to check in with a reservation paid ahead Noise was very bad until midnight with no insulation of the rooms. The toilet seat was peeling. ...
