When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works!
The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

Location is excellent and rooms are clean but the place had spotty wifi and shower water would go cold randomly. We never got the complimentary breakfast

Reception staff friendly upon my early arrival. I was able to store my luggage safely until check-in time. Room was clean. Hair dryer was missing from my room, but reception was prompt to have one brought to my room. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Thank you.
