Room was mostly clean but a rather large cobweb in the corner of the room with a few huge spiders. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting the room cleaned up. Biggest down side was the parking. Make sure you book it in advance. They only have 9 spots and they go quick.

A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

"Beautiful natural rural setting off the beaten path which is just what we were looking for. Nature paths with farm animals within view, berries, apple orchards, and German handcrafts on display. Breakfast was wonderful and the woman who served breakfast was kind and polite."
