Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

The Portuguese were awesome!! Lovely people ❤️ The only issues were with some employees from the country of MGM owner. Some were rude and not professional. I think this hotel should focus on hiring the bests - portugese - and avoid bringing workwrs from MGM owner native country.
