"It suited me perfectly. Very Quiet and in a beautiful country area. Breakfast was nice. Loved all the animals Llamas, goats, geese, chickens, kittens and a lovely golden Labrador. This would be paradise for a young family."

Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle.
