"Very nice"

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."

"You need to book the lake view rooms! Walking onto the balcony at all hours to admire the lake was the star of the show, especially when there's a boat playing live music in the evening. The owner, Franz, was so helpful to my elderly Asian mom. Her English isn't the best, and she told me he was patient and informative. Parking is 18EUR, but that's standard in that small area. The city enforces it, so the neighboring hotels do it too. The bathrooms are clean and were cleaned everyday. With all our activities, we missed the dinner at the hotel that everyone raves about. There's a pizza restaurant down the street that we decent and stayed open late, but next time we're back, we'll need to try the hotel's dinner!"

"We spent a week here and wish it had been longer! The stunning mountains and lakes provide a back drop to a brilliant staff and service. Plenty to does at the Inn and the region without needing a car. Wonderful breakfast and dinner options at the Inn and take advantage of the daily activities listed in the Rossl Post. You made our Anniversary truly special. Thank you to Johann and Stephanie especially. "

"Very clean, gets the basics covered. No iron in the room though, and some sound bled from the neighbouring room. Overall, great property. Breakfast was great too. "
