"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Without the wits of my son I would not have found the way into the parking garage but seem to miss the assigned parking spot. that was not against the place itself. good help and support with checkin nice clean. quiet and a good room "

"It was amazing with amazing views! Great breakfast. The only downside was the internet outage (not their fault--it was due to external source). They had multiple routers which made for very strong internet coverage but was hampered by the ISP outage."
