Enjoyable Stay

Always an enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable, good food and good staff. A little out of town but ideal for work purposes. A 20 min walk into town along the Danube or there is a bus service nearby.

Very happy with our stay

Very clean room, pillows were comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean, loved the view from the window. Receptionist was nice. Very pleased with our stay in Linz at this hotel. Price was good considering we booked half an hour before we arrived at the hotel.

Comfortable and Clean

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast, although no change during 12 days! Approx 25 min walk into town centre but regular bus service. Not too much nearby but was very handy for work, as it’s situated close to industrial estate.

Excellent.

The hotel is good, however for 4stars it needs to be really spotless or cleaner. The shower gel is missing, but its not a big deal. There were no tea bags since i drink only tea maybe that's way i spotted:) Again no complaints;) The location is good. All in all we enjoyed staying, would definitely recommend the hotel and come back again. The staff were very friendly. Thank you guys. G.Turrell.

Housekeeping-fabulous. Morning coffee-well done. Building itself-issues -walls paper thin, could hear everything next door. -next door guests partying until after 11 when I was jet lagged and tired. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was dead. Replaced the next day. Heating and fan controls in the room did not work. Surges of hot water while taking a shower.

As a family we travel a lot and this hotel was disappointing. From the photos it looked like in was in a lovely location right next to the Danube and yes, it was right beside the river but that's all it was beside. It was not within walking distance of the city centre. The 27 bus does take you directly to the centre and the busstop is only a 5min walk from the hotel but it is not a very nice walk especially when it was dark at night. I would imagine it would be a very lonely and unsafe walk on your own. When we arrived the first night it was late as our flight had been delayed. We got to the hotel around midnight and the two male receptionnists were smoking at the entrance to the hotel. They also were not the friendliest, no offer of pleasantries...."enjoy your stay etc". The rooms themselves were just ok, the decor quite drab and old-fashioned and there were no USB posts which should be a must in this day and age. The bathrooms were clean and satisfactory. I can't comment on breakfast as we did not have any in our 3 night stay. This hotel is supposed to be 4 Star but in my opinion it is very far away from that. I would not recommend :(

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Hotelbar bis in die Nacht geöffnet. Lobby, Bar und Frühstücksraum sind schön gestaltet, Zimmer könnten jedoch mal wieder renoviert werden. Insgesamt aber gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
