Very, very nice hotel. The room that I had it was super quiet. I didn’t have the chance to have the breakfast. But the restaurant looks great and the bar as well. It was a lovely day. The stuff members are all kind and nice. And they all speak wonderful English.

We had booked a king size bed. We got a king size bed but the blanket was only for half the size of the bed so we had to put it sideways with our legs sticking out. There's nobody at the front desk at night and the security guard couldn't help us either.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern ausgestattet und praktisch eingerichtet. Viele nette Details gab es zu entdecken, einzig der Halt auf der Matratze muss bemängelt werden, es fehlte an seitlicher Stützung. Aber sonst war alles wie man es erwarten kann in einem wirklich guten Hotel. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Wir blieben nur 1 Nacht! Zimmer toll, Größe und Sauberkeit entspricht den Anforderungen! Frühstück sehr appetitliches Buffet, gute Auswahl, nettes Personal. Nichts zu bemängeln können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Bra, fräscha rum med välkomst vatten, incheckning snabbt med förberedda papper att fylla och signera, frukosten var jättegod , men…. Först efter att jag betalat fick jag information om att receptionen stänger (incheckning SENAST) 23:00!!!! Skrek scenariot hörde vi på morgonen att familj från Norge anlände och det var strul deras rum så de fick sova i bilen på parkeringen (som kostar 15€). Spara incheckning kvitto eftersom det kostar 60€ utan. Jag fick hjälp av hotell personal, och för det för de beröm!!! Jag betalade för frukost som syntes INTE på kvittot, och vi var INTE på frukost listan. Hade tur att personalen pratade samma språk som vi (Balkan rules) och förstod våran situation och vi fick komma in i restaurangen (som är separat företag från hotellet). Summering: Bra hotell med bra service och bra frukost MEN planera din resa!

Das Zimmer war passend, das Bett weich und die Ausstattung modern aber dürftig. Mein Seifenspender in der Dusche war leer, aber da das Bad klein ist war es kein Problem, beim Waschbecken Seife zu holen. Ich fand es fragwürdig (weil sehr rutschig!) den Duschbereich mit Laminat auszukleiden. Wenn man als Freunde dort übernachtet lernt man sich schnell gut kennen, da Bad/WC durch die selbe Türe getrennt ist (man schließt damit entweder WC oder Dusche).

The Hotel is ok, the service not. We we travelling with a family of 5, we don't fit in one room. That's why we book to with the request to have them near by and with a connection door. We got two rooms on two different floor with a walking distance of about 5-10min. One room was even so far away that even the hotel WiFi was not working.

La stanza era molto pulita e soprattutto spaziosa. molto bello anche la cromoterapia. Personale molto cordiale. Unica pecca, ma minimale, l'assenza di una zona comune dove potersi riunire con i colleghi.

Great hotel. Not many good restaurant options nearby but it was not an issue for us. The only negative in the hotel is the bathroom configuration, with glass doors and wide gaps around the doors both in the toilet and shower it offers little privacy.

Sehr nettes Hotel. Auf alle Fälle nach einem Zimmer mit Fenster zum Öffnen fragen. In den anderen ist es viel zu heiß (26Grad) und die Wohnraumlüftung hört man zwar bringt aber nichts. Essen ist super. Beim Frühstück nicht scheu sein wenn die Spiegeleier alt sein sollten einfach den Koch um neue bitten. Parkplätze sind etwas teuer (15Eur) dafür ausreichend vorhanden.

Leider kann man in den meisten Zimmern die Fenster nicht öffnen oder maximal Kippen. wenn die Heizung vorher auf 24Grad gestellt war bekommt man die Temperatur nie hinunter, eher im Gegenteil es wir immer wärmer. Wohnraumlüftung ist ebenfalls laut. Frühstück ist super, Abendessen ebenfalls. Parkplatz ist überteuert.

Check in war schwierig,keiner an der Rezeption 1 Uhr nachts kein Ansprechpartner hätte nicht ein anderer Hotel Gast geöffnet wäre es schwierig gewesen reinzukommen! Pc Software Probleme an der Rezeption beim Mitarbeiter aber er war sehr nett!

Heiße Nächte

Man konnte das Zimmerfenster nicht öffnen und auch durch die Klimaanlage die Temperatur nicht senken. So waren es nachts über 25 Grad. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass ein Techniker sich darum kümmern würde. Als wir am Abend nach der Reklamation nachfragten, was dabei herausgekommen sei, war das nicht bekannt. Auf den Hinweis, dass das Problem bereits seit mindestens einem Jahr immer wieder bei Bewertungen auftauche, hieß es dann, die Anlage sei suf Winternetrieb eingestellt und könne deshalb nicht kühlen. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Wir lehnten dies ab, weil wir gerade keine Zeit hatten und nicht spätabends noch umziehen wollten. Darauf hieß es, man werde sich etwas "überlegen " für unseren Checkout am nächsten Morgen. Es passierte aber nichts und es war uns auch zu blöd, da nochmal nachzufragen. Frühstück war übrigens auch für 16 Euro zu teuer (keine Croissants, keine Vollkornbrötchen, Nüsse und Mandeln ranzig). Wir werden ziemlich sicher in diesem Hotel nicht wieder übernachten.
