"We arrived at 1045pm and checked in. However, when we asked for a luggage cart - the front desk said - we only have two and they are being used. We went upstairs with a few items and then waited and went back down stairs 20 minutes later and asked again and were told they had not been returned yet. We asked do you know who took them? Was it someone you just checked in? The front desk clerk had no clue. We are two handicapped people and could not haul all of our into the hotel. The front desk clerk finally called someone and brought us a large laundry baked on wheels to use to bring our stuff including medical things into the room. It might be a good idea to invies in iTags for your carts to know where they are in your facility and it they are being kept a room for an exceptional long time."
"Our room had a poor smell to it and the sofa needed to be cleaned. Appears as if a prior guest had a pet with them. The pool was closed so that was a little disappointing. Overall, the stay was ok. I’m sure the small issues we had are easy corrections."
"Got a room with broken bathroom door which didn't get fixed until we left despite complaining about it twice. Not enough staff on duty during breakfast hours. Breakfast area doesn't get clean until the breakfast hours are done. So, if you are not the first one, you are likely to find crumbles all over the place. Overall property is good, and room size was good, just not well maintained."
"We booked our stay for a double bed room and when we got there to check in they told us they gave our room away and put us in a room with only 1 queen bed and had our daughter sleeping on the floor, wouldn’t give us extra pillows and brought her 2 thin ass blankets to not even cushion the floor. The mattress was crappy and uncomfortable also the power would randomly go out in the middle of the night, even when it was clear skies. Would not recommend"
"Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked me verbally and I’ve yet to get refunded so don’t whatever you do don’t do it you should be able to relax, breathe, clean air and not be bullied for having a need. Don’t make a mistake and book at these hotels. Waco is the worst because it’s now an international location for visitors, and if you book on their app, you’re gonna get the bottom of the barrel of rooms."
