"This hotel is above average breakfast was very good the breakfast staff were great the young member of staff on the night shift was not helpful as we had no plug for sink and could not understand that it is quite difficult to shave in the sink without one but the rest of the staff were very helpful and polite. "This hotel is great! It is just steps away from the metro to get to Amsterdam central. The beds were so comfortable! We rented bikes from the hotel to get around the city, and they were far better than other bikes we rented in the city. The rooftop bar and hot tubs are a great addition! Definitely would stay here again! "
