"Easy to get to from the train station, warm welcome when we arrived by knowledgeable and friendly staff, cool style and decoration, well serviced, clean room with modern technology. Only downside was the toilet having doors that you had to pull around in the middle of the room which doesnt provide privacy and no way to peacefully go to the toilet and not wake the other person."

"We stayed four nights at Citadines Canal Amsterdam which was amazing Check in was supper easy and the front desk staff Irene and Solar were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The 1st floor apartment was very well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem whatsoever. The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything you needed and well thought out. The location of the Hotel is outstanding a short walk from the metro and within easy reach of the museums, restaurants and main city centre. We couldn’t have wished for more. Would definitely stay here again - Highly recommended "

"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."
