Stayed for three nights with two friends for an event locally. Travelled later than planned, but had spoken with the hotel prior to arrival by email to arrange late check-in procedure and had no problems accessing our room. Not a lot of soundproofing either from sounds directly outside the building, or from down the corridor, but didn’t find this too big a problem. Curtains did not block a lot of light overnight, which made it a little harder to sleep. Bedding and bathroom clean on the whole, but did notice some old blood stains on the quilt under the sheet/quilt cover. Good value overall, however, for the cost.

Room was smelling cigarette , even staff has no idea. There was no heater in room to adjust ourselves. Bathroom was looking like under construction , big holes under the bathing area, toilet flush tank switch box are open. Looks like bathroom Shower was in broken condition. it was pouring water and not showering. Taking shower will spill water outside due to open area and doesn’t have door. Single bed was moving because of wheel stand which doesn’t have locking mechanism. No lift if you have luggage, need to carry yourself. Not worth it to pay more than 50 euro per day!

Thank you for your feedback. We have heater in all rooms, In our hotel we have everywhere heater. I dont know what kind of room you went in, but looks like it was not in our hotel. even if you had complainment you did not come to the reception. we have shower curtains for showering. I See alote of complainment. if you come to us you would be help with things. before you make a booking. you could call us for more information. we cant help anymore if people complain afther the stay in the hotel.

Huir de este establecimiento, instalaciones pésimas (todo el "hotel" huele a marihuana y a basura), el tren está a 35 minutos andando y la combinación es pésima. La dueña nos quería hacer dejar 50€ en efectivo de "fianza" y además nos exigió que dejásemos el DNI físico o una tarjeta de crédito. No lo recomiendo para nada!!!

Best guest,It is very normal that you pay a deposit upon arrival at our hotel, which you will of course receive again when you check out. These are our hotel rules. You were able to read this when you made a booking. and was able to make the choice to choose our hotel. Now I understand that it is annoying if it smells of marijuana, this can happen in any hotel. We do everything we can not to allow this. In our hotel it is not allowed to smoke or smoke. We expect our guests to be neat and follow our rules here. There are several ways to get there from the train station. You can park your car for free and if you don't want to walk, there is a bus that goes to the train station. The bus stop from the hotel is a 5-minute walk. Walking distance from train station 15 minutes.

Unfortunately the advertised bar and dining facilities are no longer available. A kettle for the room is available for a cash deposit.(Returnable )Also a cash deposit €50 or ID is required when checking in for the room key and TV remate (returnable) None of the above was mentioned when booking.

Dear guest, I see you dont understand it at all. But when you make a booking, you will see the information about deposit 50euro for the key. and for the kettle, you can borrow it. no problem at all. we dont have a restaurant, it was many years ago, you don t see it on the website. is only logies. The lady in the pink apron was very very helpful could tell it was our first time in Amsterdam and showed us all the nice things to do such as tours, museums and experiences. Wasn’t bothered much afterwards and overall a very peaceful stay.

Apart from weather was on off because time of year was perfect and because of price I wasn’t expecting nothing to amazing but sleep was comfy rooms was warm always parking spaces yet I didn’t drive there might consider , I will definitely come back for someone who was paralysed and couldn’t walk last year and I don’t like the fuss everything was easy access in the hotel, shops was close , train station was 15 mins walk activity to do near by, staff was very kind and helpful ,I would come back

Parking availability is the best part of this property, otherwise, I spotted roaches, the water pours out when showering despite the shower curtain availability, the toilet flushes; however, it is broken and needs to be fiddled to flush the next time, the beds are not together, the air conditioning didn't work despite the property saying it works, and there was no room service provided daily whatsoever. What an awful experience!

I was placed upstairs and do to my disability I can't climb the stairs I was asked to pay for another full amount before they can placed me downstairs nothing I can say will changed them so I left before I was able to arranged for new hotel it was 9pm going around with my lodges

Not bad but in need of remodeling and maintenance. Sorta close to Amsterdam central if you're willing to walk a fair bit to the train station. One really annoying thing with the rooms is the automatic door closer, it starts out alright but within about five inches it slams the door closed (very loud) now imagine lots of people coming and going all day and night, you guessed it, no peace and quiet. Otherwise it's okay for the money.

Disgusting dirty. charged for everything, paid 25 per day for air conditioning that leaked onto electrical outlet. Told owner didn't want refund just someone to look at it and the showeer head that fell off. nope no one showed up. everything they say they have, they dont or it is hilariously lacking. Bar with only vodka and closes at 10pm. Desk only open from 5pm to 10pm.

One of the worst hotel services, no elevator, very far from public transportation (more than twenty minutes on foot to the nearest public transportation station), the worst receptionist ever, no cleaning of rooms, no clean towels, there is an additional payment to operate the air conditioner in the room (Twenty-five euros per night), I do not advise anyone to visit at all.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, I think the receptionist explained you that you have to walk 15 minutes to the trainstation, it s then up to you if you go with the train. there are also free parkingplaces to park your car over there and then you are at the trainstation. if you had cald uber or bolt, you would had not have to walk and wait till the driver pick you up. about the worse receptiont that we have. that is a crazy thing to say, we stand for good service and that is what we do, and ofcourse you have to pay for the airco, when you go to the supermarket nothing is free there too. thank you for your stay and thenk you for not advising others to come, maybe they can deside that for themselfs. Next time come to the reception and let us know what the problem is

The staff (at least the 1 woman working at reception) said she couldn’t find our reservation, even though we gave her our confirmation number and code and showed her the multiple emails we had confirming this reservation. She kept telling us our reservation wasn’t there/wasn’t paid for. Only after we had booked a new place, she went to look through their emails and found out reservation. Our room was not properly cleaned, we found a light mer and half a used cigarette under the beds. Will not be coming back.

The room was adequate for our use, and clean. The bath was a jacuzzi bath, and again this was immaculate. We were late arriving at the hotel, and the manager was very amenable and friendly. We did telephone her to let her know that we would not meet the 9pm deadline.
