A Perfect location with a warm host

The host was excellent and the stay was pleasant. I would certainly recommend this spot if you want to be near Central Station and close to all the excitement of Amsterdam.

Great location accommodating host

We very much enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. Location is perfect and Roy is a very accommodating host. Very knowledgeable about the area which was super helpful. We would stay there again.

A very nice place and a very nice host

Roy is a very nice guy, very welcoming, and his place is well situated. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is private and clean.

Would definitely return!

Family with 20 year old and 17 year old, very walkable to centraal train, and all attractions. Very simple, but plenty to be able to pop in and out in between outings. Comfortable and safe! Host was so kind to go over everything with us at check in, easy to reach! Would highly recommend for any party up to 4!

Recommended!

Great location, easy to get to by commuting—just a 12-minute walk from Amsterdam Central station. Roy is great, he will help you out with whatever you need. Staying here made our vacation in the Netherlands better, I think.

Great Location

While the bedrooms are small, the bed is comfortable. The location was great for the 4 of us exploring Amsterdam with easy access to the port and Centraal station, as well as the sites and museums. Roy is a great host and was easy to communicate with. We were able to check in early and he greeted us warmly. The view of the harbor is remarkable! The shower is also spacious.

Close to Centraal with 2 bedrooms

Property has great view of water and fairly close to everthing. Amsterdam is a walking & bicycling city, but Metro is easy too...no tickets, just tap card and go.

Great landing spot for Amsterdam

This was the perfect place to lay our heads for our time in Amsterdam. Very close to many different attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Roy was so accommodating and welcoming. We only stayed two days, but it made it easy to see the city in our short time here. Would recommend to anyone. The apartment is two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet and a kitchenette. Plus the owner has a beautiful dog that he will introduce you to :) Thanks again Roy! You are a great asset to any traveler. Cheers!

Just what we were looking for

If you’re looking for an efficient launch pad right in the middle of the city, then this is the place for you! Roy is friendly and promptly responsive, like a city guide. He went out of his way to let us check in early. The location is wonderful, with a view of a major canal, a short walk to trains, downtown, and interesting neighborhoods. It’s close to the action but not right in it, so it was not noisy for sleeping. It has all the essentials you would need, and allows you to see a ton of the city with very little in your way. Would stay here again!

Roy was an excellent host who takes care of his visitors. Excellent and responsive communicator. Good view from the bedroom windows. Comfortable beds with soft mattresses. Adequate kitchen facilities with convection microwave oven although a longer kitchen knife would be more useful. Umbrellas provided came in handy. A flight of stairs to climb to get to the accommodation. Overall experience was excellent.

Great place for a couple or 2 to enjoy Amsterdam.

This property is in the perfect location if you are wanting to be in walking distance to the hussle and bussle of Amsterdam! But it is designed for people to get out and enjoy, not hang at the room. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom is what you have, no television. This is exactly what we came to Amsterdam for, so it was perfect for my husband and I. The host is very accommodating. Answering any questions we had, offering places to go, help if we got lost, and even helped with ordering a taxi for us on our last day.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay in this appartment, ideally located close from the Central Station and the city center. The appartment is even better than it looks on the pictures. It immaculately clean when we arrived. Its immediate neighboorhood is calm and charming, and even if there is a little bit of noise due to the proximity of the appartment to the road, it is less crowded than most places in the center. We enjoyed the nice view on the bay from both bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and all furniture and appliance is in good state. The WiFi works well ; Having two keyrings was appreciated. The hosts are sympathethic ; They gave us all the required information and were available on WhatsApp to answer our questions. I can only recommand you this appartment for a stay in Amsterdam with your family or friends !

Great rental, great location, great host

We arrived in the city by train. It was a 10 minute walk with to the rental. A message was sent that we were on our way, a reply said to ring the door bell on our arrival. We were cheerfully greeted and welcomed in. Although it was not fully clear in the description, I believed this was a owner shared rental. There is a common area (hallway) for entrance/exit and I only passed the host one time in this area. From the hallway there are two bedrooms each have their own lock. Two other rooms, one is a shower and one toilet. The hall area has a small refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, and utensils. It all fits with a nice layout without feeling cramped. Each bedroom had a bottle of water with glasses, shelves for clothing, small fan, and great view of the water. There is no TV, but if your in Amsterdam I hope your not staying in your room! Small details matter when you want to feel comfortable. Pleasing decor, seating by the window, a space to enjoy your holiday/vacation. There is a sheet with some personal local favorite spots to check out as well. All of them that were tried were excellent! This unit is waking distance to anything you want to do in Amsterdam. Restaurants, history, shopping, exploring, there is so much to do, and it is all so close. I also enjoyed reading the guest log from years of happy visitors. Although my experience was perfect, I did have to wonder why some pages were torn from the guest log. I highly recommend this unit and Roy the host.

Location of the apartment is convenient to train station and near lots of restaurants (several recommended by host) and all the places you want to visit; on days when weather was miserable we didn’t mind staying in because the view is “Amsterdam”. Hope to stay here again!

Host was great and helpful. Not much of a kitchen area but we didn’t spend a lot of time there since we were exploring Amsterdam. It really seems like 1 full bathroom since the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, but that is actually a plus since one person couldn’t tie up both rooms. Overall had a great time.

Perfect stay!

Everything about this property is perfect! From communication with Roy, check in, to the beautiful canal views was great. Convenient to train station, shops, restaurants and walking around the canals. The accommodations were clean and it was great to have 2 sinks when getting ready. Would definitely stay here again!
