The beautiful courtyard, historic restored tram barn was gorgeous. Service exceptional, generous breakfast buffet and mace to order options. Wonderful hotel!

Awesome boutique hotel at reasonable price in a happening area. The breakfast was very good. The FoodHall nearby was a very hot spot, and the vegan restaurant connected to Food Hall was also great. Anne&Max breakfast and lunch restaurant around the corner was a classic European eatery. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is tops
Great location, and friendly quirky hotel. Only negative is beds are a little soft, but the staff did what they could to alleviate the issue. Still 4 stars as hotel beds are rarely to her desired level of firmness.

Convenient location attached to a food hall, but service lacks upscale touch. During check-in, staff informed us our room was on the third floor, and since the elevator only reaches the second floor, we had to use the stairs. Despite having large luggage, no assistance was offered, so we had to manage on our own, navigating the European standard steep staircase. Requested an umbrella due to rain, but staff insisted on selling rather than lending. Stayed three nights; cups and glasses left unwashed, no shower gel refill. Ended up using hand wash on the last day.

Great location. Staff were a little aloof and seemed distracted. The structure of the hotel meant there were no external windows and it would have been nice to be able to open a window rather than rely on air con all the time. Only one pillow per bed-I think a 4 star hotel should offer 2. Good coffee and lots of hot water.

Great staff. Room was facing the atrium so I assumed it would be loud but it was very quiet. Room was clean. Bathroom was large and had a nice tub. Great location to everywhere.

Service was fantastic. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Room was also nice, but very small with a poor layout. The bathroom is an open corridor so there's zero privacy and very awkward if you're travelling with anyone besides your partner. Shower water only got warm, not hot, even though the sink water would become scalding. The shower design itself is pretty terrible. The floor isn't graded properly and there's no lip so water just pours out all over the bathroom floor no matter how careful you are. We soaked through several bath mats trying to keep the water from going all over. Poor design aside, these were just minor inconveniences and overall we really enjoyed the hotel.

Clean, modern, great location. Near food, tram, shopping, Vondelpark. Staff friendly and helpful Didn’t know shower area was not in a room with a door, but managed to make it work with my travelling companion. As long as no one looks around the corner, modesty can be preserved. Good bar in the hotel and tried all the nearby restaurants just across the street. Coffee shop, Italian, ramen. All excellent! Highly recommended hotel.

Bed very comfy and big. our room was quite small and had no windows as it was an internal room but the air con was good Right next to the food hall which was great and the tram stop was about 5 min walk from the hotel. Was a bit complicated getting to, but that is because it was in a residential area. This is what made it so quiet and peaceful there. The building house is a large food hall directly behind it, and there are lots of options for eating and drinking very close by.

Fab stay in a great area. Reception team were incredibly friendly and spoke fantastic English. They were able to get us access to our room early and sourced extra pillows for me at midnight one night. The hotel itself is beautiful and very special. The nearby Foodhallen, in the same block, is a great marketplace for delicious food and beers. Would definitely come back!

Boutique hotel. Room is not very hygienic and got bed bugs (later also found similar reviews across platforms). Do not get fooled by the high rating and stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

Actually we didn’t stay in this hotel after check-in, we’ve changed to another hotel immediately. The place is far from town centre, and the taxi couldn’t stop at the hotel entrance, no bell boy, no luggage cart, you have to move all your stuff by your own, and sadly it was a rainy day. Unfortunately the hotel said couldn’t arrange any refund since it was booked on Expedia, and the app also cannot cancel the booking after check-in.

Great location, modern design
This place is really cool. It's an old train station and has a lot of character. The rooms are very new and modern. Great layouts and design as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something to keep in mind, when you search for this on the map function, it seems outside of the town core a bit, but after staying there, I would avoid staying in the town core. I will stay here again. There is also tons of great restaurants withing a 5 minute walk

Cool vibe, great location - 10/10 recommend
Loved this hotel so much! I am so glad that I stumbled upon it after asking my brother for some areas that would be cool to stay in. Foodhallen, which was recommended to us by a friend, was right behind our hotel. It seemed like we were in a very equal part of residential and businesses, so I was excited to explore. The staff was great and very accommodating, although the air conditioning broke in our room, and it was a little toasty, that does not outshine any of the positives. I would 100% stay here again in the future if I had the opportunity to. Such a cool aesthetic and vibe.

The aesthetic is a delight - full of charming, whimsical and beautiful art. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms clean and quiet. We had a snafu with our room upon arrival but the staff addressed and resolved it with grace. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend

We booked a Deluxe room but were given an inside room on check-in. I asked about the room I had booked (with an outside view) and was told this wasn't possible and that we could only move into it the following afternoon - meaning we'd have to pack all our bags again, check out at 11am and have to check back in after 4pm. The staff weren't helpful and didn't seem at all bothered that the room I had booked wasn't available and kept telling me that the room I booked had an inside view (photos on Expedia and the hotel website prove otherwise). The hotel itself was clean although the rooms were very small. It's well located for the tram and the dining options next door. I wouldn't stay here again.
