The property was in a great quiet location, easy walk to metro/tram. Cafe and Pizza restaurant at the end of the road. Nearest Spar about 10 mins walk. Lots of stairs to 3rd floor! Very comfy beds and duvets. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sugar (no cafetiere). As advertised and perfect for out 3 night stay.

MOUSE INFESTED. What a rip off. My family (wife and three kids 22, 20, 17) stayed here in December 2023 for 3 nights. Despite the large cost the apartment is extremely basic with bare wooden floors and cheap furniture. It felt like a student flat. The door handles fell off. The common stair area was dirty. We were awakened every night by people smoking weed in the garden of apartment below. THE WORST THING WAS THE MICE THAT WE SAW RUNNING AROUND INSIDE THE APARTMENT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER BUT HAD NO REPLY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!

Beware of multiple flights of ladder like stairs.
The place itself was fine, but it was not at all made clear the treacherous multiple flights of near ladder like stairs required to climb to get to the main level of the apartment. We spent the night, but ended up booking a room at another hotel for use during the day to avoid going up and down those stairs more than once.

Great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The apartment was much more spacious than expected & had all necessary amenities - the perfect communal space with private areas too. Everyone at reception was really welcoming & helpful. The location was great too - about a 15 min walk into the city centre so the apartment was peaceful & quiet at night. We stayed here in December and the apartment was warm & cosy even in the cold!

This place needs to be gutted! It is filthy, dangerous and absolutely disgusting! From the grime on the walls and floor to the stains on the dirty sheets they left on the bed, this place should be condemned!! The railing was hanging off the wall, the planks on the stairs were all cracked making it even more dangerous to climb up! The pitch of the stairs are more like a ladder and extremely skinny! The handles on the door are screws, the bathroom sink was hanging, the shower floods the entire bathroom, the kitchen had all the coffee and jam smeared on the counter tops still from the last guests. This place is run down and is in serious need of an overhaul. The apartment is up 3 BRUTAL flights of stairs that are like a ladder to coins and super skinny, the hallways are filthy with the same garbage remains in them for our entire stay and is just plain gross. Expedia needs to reclassify this hotel to a 1 star or even think if removing it completely from their website.

This place is very unique and bigger than I anticipated. The one thing I wasn’t happy about was the shower drain, it was extremely slow draining, and when you have a group of guys who have been traveling all day it makes it a pretty big inconvenience. Thank being said it was a nice stay overall.

The stairs to the apartment were gruelling! My husband has had 2 hip replacement ops & found this element of our stay quite challenging., especially after a day visiting museums & the cultural experiences of Amsterdam.The access to the apartment was not highlighted as a problem for people with mobility difficulties. We weren't given any wifi access codes for our stay. The apartment needs attention for it's level of cleanliness & appearance to be of standard. A good paint on woodwork & walls is required. Other than the above the property is in a good location for visiting Amsterdam & convenience.

Climbing high is Amsterdam
The location is fantastic however, the basic appartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator-disaster! This appartment is very small and NOT fit to more then 2,max 3. Sure not 4 ppl! It was clean and new, shower was ok as well as the toilet.

20 minutes walk to Amsterdam Central station however 2 minutes to the tram. The economy apartment was small, the stairs are very steep. The only issue we had during our stay was the noise from the other guests . The area were the apartment is in is quiet however the apartments must be very poorly insulated as we had several sleepless nights .

The first day of the stay everything was lovely from the check in process to the apartment itself. The place was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us staying there. On the second day, we had zero hot water and I reached out to the owner, but never heard back, although he had been very responsive previously. This was very disappointing because for 2 of the 3 days we were there we had to shower in very very cold water.

Apartment in nice neighborhood near city center
We stayed in an attic apartment in a lovely neighborhood close to the city center. The apartment was very clean and coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer was provided. The wifi was a bit spotty at times. There was some confusion about the check-in time as hotels.com said 2pm and the hotel said 3pm, but the staff was very apologetic about the mix up. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was overall good. However, there was a mouse in the living room which caused a few problems. We couldn’t utilise the living room as much as we would have liked to and were unable to have food in the apartment due to health and safety reasons.

This place is in a decent location. Having to check in at a separate hotel which is quite a distance is inconvenient, but the place itself was nice. It has an amazing tub for a great long soak.

Looks way better in the photos than it does in real life. Bit grubby, really crappy linen, wifi was unreliable and the stairs to get to and from the property were dodgy. If you have anyone with mobility issues - this will be a real problem - getting suitcases up there was hard enough! The checking in and out three blocks from the property is annoying as well - I know it says that on the website, but you don't realise how annoying this is until you are there on the day. We certainly wouldn't stay there again. Location is pretty good.

Loved the apartment, hated being awake for hours
We loved the apartment - clean and well equipped, lovely bathroom, character building in an ideal location for seeing Amsterdam. However, for the first tow nights we had hardly any sleep because of the noise from other guests. There were single young females and males in the other 5 apartments and they were partying for most of the night. Shouting, running up and downstairs, banging doors and smoking dope outside the window. We asked for help after the second disturbed night and things improved. Still a bit noisy, but bearable! I feel the owners of the apartments need to decide if they are catering for all of the public, or for groups of singles coming to Amsterdam for a wild few days! I'm not sure it works putting both groups together.

Central apartment in Amsterdam
The apartment was in an amazing location, only a 20/30 minute walk from all the central attractions and right next to lots of restaurants and cafes. It was a beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The only negative would be that it was not very sound proof so you could hear everything that was going on on the street outside and in the rest of the building (which wasn’t the best early in the morning).

Great Apartment! - Wifi needs improving
The apartment itself was very nice and clean, and there were all the amenities including a fan for when it got hot which was good. The area was great, very sightly with places to eat just round the corner and only a 10-15 minuite walk to the centre. The only negative was the wifi. I don't know if it was just our apartment or the whole building but the signal was weak, finding I would only get a decent connection on one side of the apartment. It kept connecting then disconnecting over and over again. And the weak signal made it very slow. I know it sounds a bit trivial to complain about wifi on a holiday when you're mostly out doing other things. But im sure most people would agree that having decent wifi is basically an essential nowadays (especially if someone was staying there on buisness) and this was not the case. So maybe the hotel will want to look into improving their wifi. Other than that though everything was great and had a really good time.

Superb location
Great stay in Amsterdam. Apartment located in a beautiful location, close to the botanical gardens. Main bedroom lovely and airy. Other two bedrooms small, but comfortable. Main living space/kitchen/diner great. Definitely consider returning in the future
